The Energy Performance Certificate has its limitations when evaluating the energy performance of a building. With Envirogood these limitations can be overcome because our assessment procedure ensures that occupancy levels, usage patterns and controls are taken into account when providing our recommendations report. The report will recommend, regardless of any inefficiency, better alternatives to existing solutions if there is an obvious cost or environmental benefit.
